Anyone can visit the University web site without disclosing who they are or revealing any personal information about themselves. We track the Internet addresses of the individuals who visit our site to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information, but this data is not linked in any way to individual personally identifiable information. The information we collect creates a broad picture of our population and is used to continually refine our courses, identify the most popular areas of our site and improve our services.

When you register online for any programme on our site, you must specify a Username and Password that enables you to access the Online and Offline Students Section (a restricted section of the site, where the course(s) you have registered for is/ are stored). An email confirming your Username and Password will be sent to you as soon as payment for the course(s) is received by Chhattisgarh University. Once this confirmation email is received, you may begin to access the course material from the date and time mentioned in the email. You must enter your Username and Password every time you access the Students Area. Your Username and Password serve as your personal key to Chhattisgarh University's Online programmes. Without this information, no other student or site visitor can access your restricted area or course scores.

If you use a credit card to enroll in Chhattisgarh University course, the credit card/ debit card number is encrypted as it passes over the Internet. Your credit card/ debit card number is not kept or recorded by Chhattisgarh University or our computers - it is simply passed through to the credit card/ debit Card Company for enrollment in the course. In this respect, getting admission in a course from Chhattisgarh University is similar to a credit card/ debit card purchase at any store. Chhattisgarh University does not keep your credit card/ debit card number on file.

In addition, we are sensitive to the fact that some users are uncomfortable submitting their credit card number over the Internet, no matter how secure the environment. For this reason, it is also possible to register for any of our courses by making the payment through offline methods including Demand Draft, Postal Order, wire transfer/telegraphic bank to bank transfer, pay by cash/cheque at local branches of any bank in India or Abroad.
